Welcome to the platform for the 2023 hybrid meeting.

Update: 1/30/23

Videos of most academic sessions are now available on this platform. Recordings will be available until Sunday, February 26 to registered attendees. To access the videos, log in at the right hand top of the screen with the email that you used for conference registration. You can then navigate on the schedule to the session in which you are interested, and click on "view session" to see the video, detailed listing of speakers, handouts, and presentations.

As you know if you attended the conference live, there were a number of technical issues that affected sessions during our first ever hybrid meeting. As a result, the quality of videos is inconsistent. You will find that some videos include audio and Powerpoint presentations only but no video, while others include videos of presenters but not Powerpoints or other presentations. Some recordings were ultimately not good enough quality for AIA and SCS to publish on the platform. In addition, some speakers and organizers did not consent to recording. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to experiment with the annual meeting format.

On this website, you will find the complete conference schedule for all AIA and SCS events, including hybrid, virtual, and in-person sessions and events. You can join virtual sessions and events from the schedule. All attendees, virtual and onsite in New Orleans, can access the meeting platform.

If you have already registered for the annual meeting, log in at the top right hand corner of this page with the email address with which you registered for the meeting.

If you have not registered yet for the conference, please to go our registration site: Register online

Once you have registered, please allow 15 minutes before trying to access this platform.

Update as of 1/6/2023: Our hybrid sessions are up and running. There have been some technical problems onsite that we are addressing. SCS-5 is not able to be livestreamed for remote attendees. We will work to get all sessions working as hybrid sessions going forward.
